As an Accredited Psychotherapist & Psychotherapeutic Coach, I am passionate about supporting people grow through pain, break free from limiting beliefs, overcome imposter syndrome, and rise into the greatest version of themselves - who they truly are meant to be.
My role as Psychotherapist and Psychotherapeutic Coach is to support Individuals and Couples overcome deep seated challenges that can obstruct their path, preventing them stepping into a life of fulfilment and joy. I am here to support you to create lasting change from the inside out. Real change that only comes from healing the mind, subconscious beliefs, heart and soul.

With over a decade of experience as an Accredited Psychotherapist, Mindset Consultant, and Director of a Family Life Centre, Lorna has guided countless Individuals, Couples, and Groups through powerful personal transformations.
Her Psychotherapeutic Coaching approach blends deep emotional healing with specialised Mindset Reprogramming, supporting Clients break free from limitations, heal relationships and move toward a life of fulfilment, freedom and joy.
In addition, Lorna uses techniques like NLP and PSYCH-K® to rewire the subconscious mind and support lasting change. She has worked with a wide range of clients - from business owners and athletes to individuals feeling stuck or lost, and couples in high-conflict or disconnection.
She has also designed and leads Online Programs, hosts Live Events and facilitates Transformative Workshops that empower many to reconnect with their purpose and potential.
